What I have to say have already been said in previous reviews. Liars, they have ppl call you, tell you you're approved for $20,000+, get you there and come up with something else. Sad things is Chris gave me the feeling that he already knew what was going on. People been complaining about the same thing with this dealership. How much more proof is needed to see there's some shady stuff going on? What's even sadder, there is at lease one review where a guy experienced the exact same thing as I have. The only thing different is the approval amount and what he had to pay. These ppl are liars and should be closed.

I started online looking for anyone that would or could accept me for a car loan. I received a call from Auto Connection next day and set an appointment. They gave me a list of the cars inventory and when I looked online, I was really amazed at the beautiful cars and the fact these cars were all up to date, low mileage quality cars. Get to the location a little earlier than my appointment and met Lamar, he was absolutely the best salesman I ever encountered. He is knowledgeable and honest. He never spoke numbers, or tried to pressure me into anything. After completing the basic paperwork, I met Tony that gave me a few car options because clearly my credit is what brought me to this location. Tony assured me all the options I had and allowed me to express my concerns and ask questions. Nonetheless, I got me a 2018 Hyundai Elantra under 30k, low monthly payment. I just want to express, that they made my car buying process fast, honest, and absolutely the best. If you know your situation or not, they going to be straight up with you and have you riding.

I am very happy with my purchase experience and with the dealership. Auto Connection did exactly what they said they were going to do. My situation and credit was not good but they worked hard to get me into a car. I love my new car!

My husband and I recently were in need of a second more reliable car. A friend of our referred us to Auto Connection in Manassas Va. We were helped by Nelson who was such a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was great. This was all around a great experience for us.

My experience at Auto connection was very good. The finance department worked with my credit problems and I landed the same car I was turned down for at another dealership. I am very pleased with their experience and ability to help. The place doesn't look great but it gets the job done.
