I bought my car on Monday but couldn’t get my hitch installed until Wednesday. I can in around 930, let in a loaner by 10 so I could run my errands and back to pick up my car at 1. A perfect experience
I am always impressed when I go down on Saturdays for my car's routine maintenance. I am greeted with a smile. They take care of me and my car.
As usual, the service was done well and efficiently. I have all three of my Subarus serviced at Subaru of Little Rock. The service is consistently excellent.
I did not have an appoinment,, but she fit me in. She warned me that it would take awhile, and it did.
Everyone was very nice and up-front about what everything would cost. I really appreciated the tech used, like the inspection video that was texted to me and the ability to use my coupons I received in the mail by texting a pic of them to the service consultant.
Was a very good experience. People were very nice and helpful. Work was fast with very little wait time. Thank you.
