Duncan was very helpful! I felt that he was honest and up front with me. The service was done in a timely manner. I was expecting a lot more that had to be done due to a “supposed” Subaru licensed mechanic in Conway. I was told that the diagnostic showed multiple problems. So when Duncan suggested doing a battery diagnostic, that’s all it took! They replaced the battery and I was on my way! Thank you!

I had an excellent customer service experience during my time at Subaru of Little Rock. After dropping off my vehicle for an airbag recall and minor repair, the staff were communicative of the timeframe to fix and offered me a loaner vehicle during the week at no additional cost. The service rep was highly professional and kept me in the loop during the maintenance visit. I would highly recommend Subaru of Little Rock to any and all who are seeking top-notch and timely service.
