Got my vehicle in the service department for an oil change on time. Very satisfied with the service.

The sales team was very good. I brought my 22 at4 in because I thought the transmission was going out. They said they couldn’t figure it out so they wouldn’t fix it under my extended warranty. I literally bought a new truck that day and while I was signing papers the salesman called the service dept and asked what codes it gave. Turns out a max flow air sensor tripped and eventually reset itself. Service fept said that could make the truck misfire. 0/10 for service dept. I bought a new truck because of their awful lack of communication. Highly disappointed in the service team is an understatement!!! I had no intention of buying a new truck and turns out my old truck was fine. They just didn’t let me know that.

Brock went out of his way to find the vehicle that we were looking for and had it very quickly. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made it a pleasant and quick experience.

The guy Darren is very professional and polite he need a reward and many more like him is a awesome Awesome worker
