What Others Say

update on my review from 8-14-2025. Adam the general manager called me back on Friday 8-15-25 saying he wanted to fix the problem. So the original advertised price on the truck I wanted was $37,568 but they wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought the protection plan also. ($4500) Now Adam offers me another truck that he can get out of Texas and upselling it to me at $51,000! What the heck is he thinking? and he is the general manager??? This is what you are going to get when dealing with this dealership, so buy somewhere else!

They advertised a sale price for a truck, plus taxes and dealer fees. I agreed to the full asking price plus the taxes and dealer fees but when the paper work came through it was $9,000 more than the advertised price. I asked them why and it included a $4,500 protection plan fee that I declined. The rest was taxes and dealer fees including a commission fee. They said I was forced to accept the extra protection plan if I wanted to purchase the truck! After that, the salesman Greg and the sales manager Daniel tried to justify it by saying that's just how some dealerships do it. Do not advertise a sale price if you are forcing the customer to pay another $4500 fee for a protection plan, that's dishonest and false advertising!

My husband bought a lexus SUV. After he purchased it and popped the hood . Bumper cover was glued on and it has been wrecked and here we are 5 thousand later to fix it. Wreck didn't show up on car fax. Will never buy from here. Should have went to Oxmoor Toyota where we normally go to buy cars.

We had been looking for a car for my husband for a while. Pj worked diligently with us until we found what we wanted. Once we did , Pj was on top of the process from start to finish and made it easy from start to finish. Pj was very upbeat friendly and knowledgeable. He made it the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Will definitely go to see him for my next car purchase!

Damien was very friendly, but when he brought out the offer sheet and presented it as the cost of the vehicle, he didn’t mention a $2500 protection plan that was completely optional. That really gave me pause about purchasing, and I ended up leaving and deciding to look at a vehicle at another dealership. After additional talks with Daymi, and Daniel I returned to purchase and all is good. overall I got a great vehicle, and my sales rep Daymi was outstanding.

I had a great experience here, and all I was looking for was an acceptable one… having had overall negative experiences at car dealerships countless times. Patrick is professional and knowledgeable. He’s experienced enough to keep the process gently on rails as a good salesperson should but with zero pressure somehow. I believe it’s just his personality and it really made for a pleasant experience even when spending a large sum of money can be, and usually is, very stressful. He was always available by phone or text, always followed up when he said he would, and got the answers to the questions he didn’t know very quickly. The dealership overall had this vibe of teamwork and taking care of the customer and it showed. My time there was respected by everyone especially Patrick. No sitting around for long periods and being “sweated”. Most outstanding so far in my experience is that even after they collected their money and I collected my new to me vehicle, Patrick has remained extremely responsive and helpful for questions I’ve had moving forward. I wish they were closer but even so because every interaction exceeded my expectations I will be returning for routine service and maintenance. It’s worth the small extra travel time to be treated so well. Would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Great job Patrick and Louisville CDJR team.
