I had to bring my car in to have the brakes and rotors replace. First off, I would have to say that the waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable. Second and most important everyone at Jenkins is extremely nice, especially Dina. Not only did Dina set up my appointment but also met with me at the service department to make sure everything went smoothly. Dina went above and beyond and found a secondary warranty that I had forgotten that I had purchased. That warranty took care of my repairs. Dina is amazing and Jenkins is lucky to have her as an employee.
I have been buying new cars for 60 years. Your dealership is the only one I have used for all my maintenance and repairs. Everything is great. Price is a little high but not much and your service more than makes up for the difference. And Hunter is great as a service advisor. He personally takes care of me when I come in. Couldn't ask for better. Keep it up, I am a dedicated Jenkins Subaru customer!
The service I received at Jenkins was excellent. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The service department is one of the main reasons I deal with this dealership.
Always friendly and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The facility is always clean with treats while you wait.
The customer service is fantastic. I will come back and recommend Jenkins. They were kind, helpful and not pushy. I loved that they video the car inspection.
