Mr Paul Augello, with Keller Chevrolet is an awesome, honorable person who goes above beyond with keeping me up on all my maintenance and any concerns I may have. I came in on March 12, 2026. I am going to start by saying, I've been around the world and back, but I must acknowledge Mr Paul Augello for his consistent, honorable, patient, kindness and professionalism. I can count on one hand when it comes to an individual who always go above and beyond. His service that I know of and has seen with other customers are truly incredible. He is a true dedicated individual who should be recognized for his service. Mr Paul Augello makes you feel like more than a customer, he makes you feel like your apart of the Chevy family. He is a personable person, caring and very knowledgeable in his verbal communications. I believe he will always be an asset to your organization. It's a true pleasure to come to a place of business and know that the individual across the counter has your best interest in doing business with you. I Thank You Mr Paul Augello for your amazing, exceptional service and support for your customers. Gwen
Chas Keller has a very condescending attitude toward females. He started out nice but then became insistent that “I didn’t understand the car market” he also tried a hard sell approach in buying a new car for my 18 year old who had totaled a car and that was the reason we were looking for an older model USED car. I will NEVER go to them for anything based on my interaction and the insinuation I did not know what I was talking about.
This dealership took $500 deposit on a vehicle that was not special ordered. The vehicle was already ordered for this dealership and didn't arrive in time. I was forced to go with a different vehicle. They will not refund my $500.00 for which I received nothing. I have physically talked or emailed three different people at Keller with no response. Very bad buisness decision, I will forever voice my opinion about Keller Chevrolet anytime their name is mentioned.
I had a 1pm oil change scheduled and I arrived to Keller a little before 1. When I got there the two gentlemen behind the desk told me it would be a bit. They were discussing on how to properly put labor charges on a bill. After 10 minutes they asked what I was there for, took my keys and sent me to the waiting area. At 2:15 the woman next to me made a phone call to ask if she could be late for her 2:45 COVID test. By this point I went to the clerk to ask how much longer. The clerk called back and they told her they just got my car to the back. I sat outside for another 1/2 hour waiting for my car. At 2:50 I received a call my car was done. The gentleman said I wasn’t in the waiting area so he called. I did ask to speak to a manager but Tammy was on the other line. Today I spoke to Dean Jackson, per Dean - it takes an hour for an oil change because of the paperwork GM makes them do -the gentlemen behind the desk didn’t help me right away because GM forced them to update their software and they were learning a new system -GM is to blame that the dealership makes no money in service. Per Dean GM forces them to give free oil changes and that costs the dealership money because a mechanic is paid $70 an hour. With Keller having to do so many oil changes (approximately 600-700 a week) they can’t fit in repairs which is their “real money maker” When I let him know from the time I got their to when I first called to complain it was a bad experience it was someone else’s fault and if I chose to not get another Chevy because of one bad experience “there’s not much he can do” This was my second bad experience with the service department and I would advise people not to go there.
I have always had good service here...last time Angelo in service was more than accommodating and fair. Service Mgr.,Tammy is super. I never thought I would like and trust dealer service.
I got a letter from Chevy saying if I was experiencing certain issues they would replace my brake assist pump. Took my truck to Keller they told me they wouldn't do it unless I got my rear brakes done. That had nothing to do with what the problem was. Then they lied and said they were going to change the calipers. They didn't. They just tried screwing my friend over too by saying if they put in a rear spring shim they would have to do an alignment. Liars and theives! Find yourself a mom and pop service place. Keller only cares about your money and will lie for you to spend more!
