What Others Say

Do NOT use the service department at Porsche of Southampton. They are incompetent and do not know the first thing about customer service. My car was towed on Wendnesday with a flat. I was told they didn't have a tire in stock, would try to get it by Saturday (but admitted it likely couldn't be delivered even in 3 days), and I should try back on Tuesday (because they are closed Sunday and Monday). What car would I use for those five days? "We don't have a loaner, so you're on your own. Figure it out. See you Tuesday." What dealership doesn't stock its own tires and can't get them for days? Not a dealership you should use. And Dermot and Frank need some customer service lessons. STEAR CLEAR!

Buying a Porsche is always a happy experience , but Porsche of Southampton , when buying a vehicle from them , make sure you put NO SECURITY DEPOSIT , if you change your mind , even few hours later , you will never get your money back , called the manager , left a voice mail , no response AT ALL , so be aware before you contact them or step into the dealership

No concept of service, totally insolent, couldn’t care less if you bought a Porsche or used them for service. No commitment to the brand. Shame since the cars are fantastic. Totally impossible to reach by telephone. Clueless and bored.

I took delivery of my dream car a 2022 GT3. The staff at Porsche of Southampton are exceptional and made buying this car truly one of the best experiences in my life! My salesman Brian McClave and Service Manager John Knapp continually give me outstanding service and support along with invaluable guidance. I could not be happier or more pleased! I have been buying cars from them for 20 years. It is a wonderful Porsche dealership with great management and a great staff I appreciate very much. Thank you. Andrew M

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Macan lease today and salesman Jason Smith could not have been more efficient, gracious, knowledgable and professional in his handling of our trade in, and transfer into our new Macan. He and Sean the financial officer made the whole deal from inception to completion seamless and professional. We will be return customers. Thank You Porsche of Southampton. James+Amy Roberts

I bought a used car from this dealership during Covid and remotely. While that created some challenges, my reason for the fair rating has more to do with the overall customer service received. It was not great. If I hadn’t searched far and wide for this specific car, I would not have worked with this dealership. They were not responsive to many of our requests until we asked multiple times. Things took forever to process which I know was partially due to Covid but not everything. Then once we finally arranged for a truck to pick up the car and deliver it, the car shows up with a rattle in the door. They didn’t want to acknowledge it had the issue before they sent it. They tried to say it happened in transport. The Porsche dealership that fixed it said there was no way it happened it transport. I reached out several times to try and connect the dealership who fixed the problem and they kept saying that the other dealership wasn’t returning their calls. Why?? Like the other dealership didn’t want to be reimbursed for the whopping $150 to fix it? The back and forth went on for a couple months. The sales manager said he would reimburse me but also kept saying that the warranty should have covered it. The other Porsche dealership said it would not. This is why I wanted them to work it out but they both said the other wouldn’t return calls. So frustrating. I finally gave up. overall, not a good experience. It also took months to get my hard copy of the memo title. They kept saying it was in the mail.
