My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cornerstone Mitsubishi for more than a decade, and for good reason: they offer fantastic cars and have a team of professional, friendly salespeople who never make us feel pressured. Tori, Bill, and Will were exceptional; they were so professional and a pleasure to work with. As we were concluding our leases on our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sports, we decided to lease two Outlander PHEVs, which we hadn't even considered before. Tori and Bill provided us with valuable insights on the impressive performance of the PHEV and explained how it operates. Personally, I don't believe New England is quite ready for fully electric vehicles, but I must say the Hybrid is an excellent choice. Having both electric and gas options turned out to be much better than we initially thought. We are extremely satisfied with our new leases. where do i start. i bought my new cross from Joshua everything was 100% perfect. the team at cornerstone was great in all aspects. can't ask for a better dealership to work with.

Customer service 0/10. clueless I come to change drive belt they charge me for 4 hrs work only take 15 min to be replaced They charge me for oil change without my consent. They will rip you off if you’re not paying attention by adding unnecessary cost to your bill. Better fixe your car somewhere else instead of being there t even buying a car try another dealer instead for your just to be in safe zone

I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from this dealership and working with Brian. It was an extremely comfortable atmosphere and I did not feel intimidated into buying a car. I would recommend anyone to go this dealership!

Where do I even begin ?!? This dealership is absolutely amazing! I love how it’s a family owned business and they really work with you to make sure you find the perfect car. Other big name dealerships will not give you the same experience as Brian and bill will! Unbeatable the both of them are ! I ended getting my dream car with an amazing APR rate thanks to bill. Brian on the other hand was also very communicative throughout the process of me financings my car.
