Salesman made lots of promise's but has not followed through with any. Supposed to get the battery replaced but has not. Supposed to receive a free first oil change but they're never available. Only got one key for the vehicle I purchased and it doesn't work on all the locks and it's broken so it won't stay on a ring. They bent me over and on this purchase
After taking my daughter's car there for an oil change, the car which had not leaked previously, started leaking oil. We took it in and they claimed it was a O ring. So we had them fix it. While they were fixing that part they split a hose in the power steering. They failed to tell us and let us drive away with zero power steering fluid. When we called them they told us that since it was an old car it was not their fault. The customer service was awful. ROGER was rude, unprofessional and acted as though he was too good to talk to a customer. I will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would.
After driving 3 hours to look at a vehicle and test drive the car and agreeing on a price, the dealership did not honor our price agreed upon. I worked with John who was great, but the manager came into the lobby to tell me that he thought we were talking about a different car that was the base model of the vehicle that we agreed upon. Both cars were priced the same and were listed on several websites with that price. So, the manager basically denied the agreement because he made a mistake. He did not honor our final agreement and to me that is poor salesmanship. If a company lists something or makes an agreement on a price they should honor the price. Basically I was told the next day that car would be listed for $2000 more like it was my fault that it was listed for the price they did. They also made it my problem when the agreed to pay for the taxes and licensing and then turned it around wanting me to pay the fees to get the car. They stated that I would have to pay taxes and licensing where ever I go. True, but we had an agreement and the customer should be right in this instance. Not happy with any part of the situation. They do not honor all deals. Avoid them at all cost.

Wenatchee KIA keeps you at their dealership for hours "looking for financing" then they up the advertised price, gouge you on finance charges, like they are financing you, sell the financing to another company to be financed again!!!! These people are crooks, a car that was supposed to cost me $19,000 AFTER all charges is now costing me $27,000. I do NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!
