Car was serviced as expected but my service rep did not answer back my texts to arrange a pickup time. When I arrived the service dept was closed, the car had not been washed, and I had to find someone in sales to get my key and pull out my car. I had attempted to text multiple times to arrange pickup time but never heard back.
Easy deal. Friendly, knowledgeable sales and financial people. Low pressure sales team. Good follow up.
