11 weeks they have had my kids car. Chris Lied to me and him every week. Preston promised he would look into it but has Ghosted us- they are just " too busy to take our calls now". Said working with warranty Is too stressful. Admitted it and pushed our car aside. 11 weeks no work done. Meanwhile we have 2 warranties. It's a transmission problem AGAIN after they first rebuilt the transmission 2 months after buying now it has failed again! Then Mr. Bennet in sales gets involved and tells my son to ask his parents for money to just buy a new car and finance it with him!! How about we fix OUR car! Integrity, commitment, and honestly is severely lacking. So disgraceful.
**UPDATE!!! Two months later after my initial review I finally got my truck, hit my year mark of not having my truck. Finally think it’s all over, however I got a quote and they said it was one thing as you can see in the picture the 8k price is lower and that’s what they told me, then they told me I needed a new battery because mine was dead. (Well no duh! It’s been in your lot for 1 years!!) they proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for it, I said that’s ridiculous I shouldn’t have too I’m not the one that left it there for a year. They refused to work on it till insurance paid and blah blah I got the run around and somehow they couldn’t keep a single worker. (Must be a terrible place to work at) my truck as more seniority there then all the service techs. Anyway they told me they figured out how to help me. And got the battery taken off. I go there and talk to them in person to pick it up and he had no proof or paper work to prove they helped me. After I got home I then remember they sent me a quote before they said the battery and then coincidentally the difference in price is right close to what the battery cost. They charged me “384.21!” For a battery. The difference is 345.36, so of course you see some discount of $70 on there so who know what made the finally price the way it is but you can see they didn’t do anything for me to help!! They tell you what you need to hear to get you out the door. The guy that “helped me” I was happy he actually was working to help me come to find out he also lied to me to get me out the door. How can they have such a nice location and place but the customer service is this bad. The front desk first walking in I was so confused because everyone was dressed in street close and I thought they were customers I was just standing there behind a worker chatting it up not knowing they all worked there! I seldomly post bad stuff about people but I can’t express how upset I am and wish I can give it less star review. They reach out to after you post a bad review and fill yourself with non sense and try to whisper sweet nothings to make it better but just lie and lie some more!!! I’m so frustrated I’m gonna find all places I can review this place and post this exact review. This is my TED talk thanks.***** I wish I could do lower. Last “May” my trucks air suspension got destroyed by debris or whatever it was. Since then I’ve been calling my insurance to help me get m truck paid for and all they been asking for is for the service people to take pics and send it to them. I told them this many times and every time I called to check in on my truck I either got “we are working on it” “I can’t get a hold of your insurance” “that person quit so we have to start from scratch” how many times am I going to hear the same excuse? Apparently 10 months. I called my insurance and all they had to do was follow along a 30 min step by step of taking pics so my insurance was waiting also?? Finally someone says they did but as of right now I’ve been paying for insurance and my truck noted for 10 months and haven’t even seen the truck. If you want someone to give you excuses come here. You’ll love it. To see photos go to the google review, avoid them.
I purchased a certified used truck. It still had the full remaining factory warranty. It always had an engine knock. They kept laughing it off as I didn’t know what I was talking about. When it finally hit real bad after two years they finally agreed it was internal engine noise. They tried to make me pay for the repairs even though it was still under full warranty. The staff refused to let me talk to the CEO whose office is in that building. I left messages and emails to get a response, not one reply. I got estimates of $10 grand plus to fix it. I had to drive an hour one way to another Ram dealer. They fixed it under warranty for free as it should have been. Do not go to this dealer. They do not care about the customer.
Well, where do I even start here... We are the owners of a very well cared for and maintained 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. On Sept. 4th, the faulty alternator caught FIRE with my family inside. (3 children, my husband, and myself) While there is an active safety recall for these alternators catching fire on our specific make, year, and even model, AS WELL AS specific part number and part manufacturer, for some reason we are being told ours is not covered under the recall as it's a 5.7L and not a 3.6L... At the beginning of all of this, heritage was extremely helpful. They agree'd that it SHOULD be in the recall based on everything. After "Eddie" spoke to his supervisor, they called us (which we have a voice-mail of) to let us know that after looking into it and reading all of the recall information that they would take our Durango and fix it as if it was listed on the recall. They also went as far as to state that they would then deal with collecting the payment from Chrysler or foot the bill if it came to that. After having it for over a week, multiple "it will be done by" dates coming and going, and being the final pickup date of today, they called us (we thought to pick it up) and instead proceeded to back pedal. AFTER racking up several thousand dollars in parts and labor, they are now telling us its not covered under the recall, and we are now responsible for the bill. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. We would have done the repairs at our family owned autoshop had they not told us they would be covering it all under the recall. We have a meeting at the dealership tomorrow morning to try to figure this all out and I will update this review after our meeting as well as keep everyone posted about this dealership in the months and years ahead.
Bought a car had a concern called to solve it got run around from degan and Jess problem not fixed
Me and my husband was car shopping and I wasn’t even thinking about buying a jeep but we went to look and Dave took us on a test drive and I fell in love! The whole team at heritage is amazing but Dave was absolutely the best! He made us feel like family and still continues to do so after buying the vehicle! We will only buy our vehicles from heritage from now on 😀
