Tim Scott was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable in his field. He could answer all of our questions and made the process fast and easy.

Victor was helpful and went over things thoroughly (options for tires). He was not pushy, which I appreciate, and he showed me how to change the battery in my key fob.
Great service department. I learned the hard way, always take your vehicle to the dealer for service. On a previous vehicle, I took it elsewhere for oil changes etc. I then took it to the dealer for routine maintenance. They found a leaking seal just out of warranty 101,000 miles. Had I taken it to the dealer for those oil changes they would have replaced it under warranty saving me $$$$$. The teenagers at the oil change place down the street didn’t see it or mention it. I now always take it to Russ Darrow for all service.
Bruce is thorough ans communicates very well throughout the process of having work done so I know what to expect.
