The service advisor did not ask what I wanted done. They just performed service they thought was what was needed. I actually took the vehicle to Firestone and had the rest of what I wanted completed. They listened to me.

Brought my 2024 Silverado in due to multiple fuel codes. Joey was my service rep and took excellent care of me. Provided nice loaner vehicle, kept me informed of progress, and made what could have been a bad experience into a smooth one.
