I have been dealing with this agency for 20 years and my sales person Alex, Kevin Rossi and the whole staff has always been accommodating.
We have yet to have our GLE 450 serviced, however everyone we’ve been in contact with at MB of AC have been extremely nice.
Jonathan was awesome to work with. Definitely friendly and professional! No hassle, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes line of cars. Love my car! Had my 1st service about a month ago and it went extremely smooth...can't say enough about the outstanding service department and ease of working with them.
