they normally, do a very good job. this time on domestic on my rearview camera, was wrong. Stated i needed a new one, and it turned out it was just foggy lens that cleared up in two days. was charged $71.72 for Diones tic that was incorrect. attempted to have it credited back to my GMC account or a credit on my account. Have not attempted to contact me after several attempts by me.
