Very nice, professional, on time & Jeremy make sure I got everything I need, including explanation about the job.
I think the service at Honda is generally good and the staff are professional. However, my main concern is the cost of labor, which seems excessively high. The charges for labor make even routine or minor work on the vehicle very expensive. While the quality of the service is satisfactory the pricing for labor could be more reasonable and transparent.
He's known me for some time. He remembers me. He's easy to talk to. He is helpful as well. He tries to resolve issues for customers. He is very personable and friendly.
Quick service on my daughter’s 2003 Honda Accord. Very nice waiting area with coffee available.
