Phenomenal customer service by Kevin Suarez. Every time I’ve gone in there, either for oil changes or maintenance, I’ve always felt well taken care of. Facility is clean and comfortable to wait in. Everybody is friendly and helpful, but Kevin goes above and beyond.
Darnell was a tremendous help with putting me in a new vehicle. Helped me walk through all the steps needed in order to get into a new lease that felt right for me. Hoping nothing but future success for Darnell! Highly recommend

The service from Findlay is fantastic. 5 stars is not enough. Honest. After engine problems with our engine, after buy the car 5 months ago with no warranties on the car, Findlay fixt it for a small amount. We got a loancar for 3 weeks without any charges.
