Ed was super, a great guy to work with. He helped us test drive our car then when we picked it up. He showed every thing we needed to know about the vehicle. Ben on the other hand deceived us. about adding a hitch to the vehicle, he promised to put a trailer hitch on for us the day we put money down to hold the vehicle. When we returned the next day to buy the car he denied saying he would do the hitch. He knew he had promised us, but he said we miss understood him. He would not give in or say he was sorry we,almost walked out, then we decided It wasn't worth fighting over. KEN KLEFSAAS

What a fantastic place to purchase a car, new or used! I had the opportunity to purchase a gently used 2011 Ford Mustang GT Premium earlier this week and was treated with such professionalism, authenticity, and friendliness that I wish I could tell the world to go buy their next car from Luther Fiat of Brookdale. From Edward greeting us in the lot to tell us the specs of the car, to Nicole coming in on her day off to meet me when I later purchased the car, and to Joanne for answering all of my finance questions and then some - this dealership has a stellar staff that deserves to be recognized. If you're reading this review to decide whether or not to visit this dealership, my advice to you is to run - not walk - to a Luther location to find the next vehicle of your dreams.

We love our car, it's fun to drive with good gas mileage. We love it so much we are contemplating getting a second one. Justin in the service dept is a pleasure. He is knowledgable, polite and efficient. This is best car experience in my 52 years. Thanks Fiat!

I bought a new Fiat 500C and the horn didn't work and the auxilary power source didn't work. I stopped in on my way to work to make an appointment to look at the problems, but Justin jumped right on it and fixed everything and I was out of there in just a few minutes and I got to work on time. Went out of my way to see new Fiat cabriolet. I love small efficient vehicles. This car looks and feels great. It is economical. It is solid. The convertible top is fantastic. The leather seat... is over the top comfortable. I want the car. I will have to wait until the end of my Audi lease. The dealership is super clean and customer friendly on several levels.The sales guy is one of the smartest car sales persons I have met... after a long life buying very fine cars. Can't say enough about Stephen Moore. I also liked the person who seemed to be the boss. I drove a VW New Beatle cabriolet for four years. This new Italian Fiat is made in Mexico, as is the VW. I learned years ago that Mexico can produce whatever is commissioned. They make some of Sony's best products for example. I am extremely supportive of buying made in USA. If I can't get what pleases me... the closer to USA the better. I think that core components of the Fiat come from USA. Fiat is amazing organization. I suggest visiting their website.
