I was very impressed with the Tommy Nix Auto Group experience that I conducted almost exclusively online and by phone. Willie, the salesperson I worked with, was very helpful, respectful, and was not pushy at all -- providing an accurate description of the vehicle as well as providing additional pictures and video when requested. I felt like I paid a fair price and the vehicle was actually better than I had hoped when it came to condition and eye-appeal. The delivery of the vehicle also couldn't have gone more smoothly. All-in-all, a super experience -- hats off to Willie!

Two of their employees got in touch with me the next day by email. They had a vehicle like I wanted. But they sold it the next day. So I did not pursue it any further.
