Nick Wheaton, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took his time showing me them. He also gave me a tour of the departments I would be dealing with for service and parts. Tiffany Setti helped me in setting up a salesman and time to meet with them. Financing went very smoothly and everything about the process was thoroughly explained. Although I don't remember the name of the finance person, he was also very knowledgeable and courteous. To wrap it all up I had a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Danbury KIA for your next purchase or lease.
