I've purchased 7 New Fords from Roy Funk, He's straight forward, No xx and no surprises when you come for delivery. The entire process was FIVE STAR from begining to end! Front Royal Ford is a great choice to buy your next New or PreOwned Car, Truck or SUV.
Very easy to work with. Had a complicated electrical problem that was not resolved the first go around but after giving documented details of the ongoing problem and explaining to the technician, the problem was solved. The technician was attentive to the details and interested in the problem not seen previously as well as was respectful.
Overall visit was good , however I'd wish they would have scheduling for oil changes and inspections. I do appreciate the first time free oil chamge and life time inspection with buying a new car. There estimate on waiting time was accurate so can't really say anything off overall. Fair, friendly and on time. Recommend them to anyone lookn for oil change and inspection but have 2 to 3 hrs to wait.
