Positive first, easy to schedule oil change and they pickup your vehicle...awesome convenience with two kids at home. The Negative is about the actual service. My wife was not asked about tire rotation but the paperwork said she stated no rotation. They did not fill the washer fluid, but checked it off, the warning light was on in the vehicle that it was low. They said they checked the battery, the positive terminal was covered in buildup.and nothing was mentioned in the paperwork, but said it was good. Oil change with tire rotation is offered in our service plan...but not honored.

The fact I know long term employees at Devils Lake Ford made a difference. My truck broke down on Friday afternoon, was towed in and confirmed to have a seized engine. Saturday morning I called Steve Gratton the Sales Manager and by 2 pm I was able to be approved for 2022 1 owner Ford Edge Titanium with Gap Insurance and a 5 year/60k Extended Warranty thanks to quick work by Theresa in the F & I Department. The Salesman Dan Nelson did a great job during the delivery process. A quick response in helping solve my serious transportation issue is greatly appreciated!
Picked up a used toyota from there so far its been 9 days there are a few cosmetics wrong but nothing to get a houph over.the dealer made sure to help me even though i dont have very menny credit cards.
I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They respond appropriately to questions and concerns and make themselves available in a timely manner
