I am always treated well here. From buying a vehicle to having service done. Even when something is wrong they always get my vehicle into the shop in a timely manner, even when I don’t have an appointment. I appreciate their thoroughness and thoughtfulness to make things right.

Went to Lithia Ram in Billings to look at a used truck. We really wanted a new one and after a once over of the used truck we told the salesperson, EJ Ross, we wanted to look at the new one. EJ was great. He didn't push anything we didn't want and understood everything we were asking for. We now have a great new truck and made the buying purchase easy and actually enjoyable. I scheduled an oil change for my vehicle. I do every change at this dealership and try to schedule them since I live 6 hours from Billings. This last oil change, though, we waited for two hours. I had my kids with me so it was frustrating to be stuck there for so long. We couldn’t use the app to track the progress either because it never updated.
