My last experience buying was through CarMax, very impersonal experience. I had the exact opposite experience here. Hans was able to take me through step by step with what was involved and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
My only complaint is the repeated phone calls and emails to give a review. Kind of annoying I already did the other review yesterday and another request for a positive review comes.
Hans was so helpful and kind. I will be referring everyone to see him. He truly did everything to help us. 10/10 service!
