Matt found me a car with everything I wanted, Dan got me a great price and Phill got the paperwork done quickly. What a team! And from my last VW with over 310 thousand miles on it I know the sales team is as good as there service area.
Great people, great service and excellent deals! I recommend checking them out as they are very transparent.
Jon is the rudest person I have EVER spoke with in a dealership environment. I had a warranty-able issue with my vehicle, then Jon wanted to argue with me without even seeing the vehicle himself and accuse me of causing something to create the issues I came in to have addressed. I would never again step foot in this service department after speaking with this unprofessional jerk. Not to mention his advisor told me they didn't even have time to look at the issue I scheduled a time slot to come in and have my vehicle fixed. After he told me he won't cover my issue under warranty, he tried quoting me 2 hours of labor for something that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Terrible person. Terrible service manager.
I recently made an ID4 purchase. I really enjoyed working with my salesperson- Azadoria, Dan - the sales manager, and the finance manager at Valenti VW in Mystic. There was one slight thing that came up toward the end of the sale, but the team took care of things, and worked together to make it right. Great attention to me as a customer. I hope to have more business with them in the future. Keith S
Jayde couldn't have been more helpful & pleasant to deal with. She worked with multiple departments within her dealership to ensure everything went smooth and as planned. She is an absolute asset to this dealer & should be recognized for her customer service skills. I'd hire her in a heartbeat.
Brought my Jetta in for a specific problem and service. After $2300 plus worth of work and being told it was all set, I picked up the car and it was literally worse then when brought it there. Drove it right back to them couldn't get any one to even come out and look at it. They called me the next day and wanted to do $2900 more worth of repairs. Never even got to speak with the service manager or technician about the car. Never again!
