My experience with Yonkers Kia had been incredible! My first encounter first came when we bought our Telluride from the General Manager Mike Romano who treated my family like it was his family. From a professional perspective, he treated us fairly, he negotiated in good faith while under promising and then over delivering on everything that was agreed on during our negotiations. As important, maybe more important was Mike then went on to introduce me to his service manager Howie Missbach who took the mantle from Mike and treated my family with the same courtesy and professionalism (and by the way a great guy) that I received from the first time we stepped foot in the Kia showroom. This is the second car I bought from Noel. Process was very transparent - the numbers were settled upfront and when the car we hoped to buy turned out not to be available, Noel found another one with the exact same features (maybe even better).
