The service department is hands down the best I have ever been associated with. Steve Johnson, service writer, and Service Manager Craig Youngblood are so far above anyone I have dealt with in my past that it's hard to put into words. When I deal with this service department, they call me by name and make me feel like family.

Friendly group of people and everyone communicated very well. My only complaint is that I was told from my dales person when I purchased my truck from Pinegar Chevrolet and paid for the extended coverage insurance that I would receive a discount on any work done by the dealership, and apparently that's not the case. I the technicians and coordinators did great, sales team really led me to believe something that wasn't true.
