Awesome, location. Great customer service, and follow-up. James, (owner) extremely knowledgeable about his inventory. He stood by his word, and treated both myself and wife with such respect. Is not high pressure to buy there RV's (unlike bigger RV stores). Prices are fantastic and got a great deal on a used Class C and great offers on our trade-ins. Would highly recommend to buy here before the big RV stores.

We purchased our 2005 Fleetwood Fiesta 32S dream RV from James last July 2020. We’ve taken her out 11 times in Arizona and a 10 day trip to Denver. We were on an extended 3 week Texas tour when we were parked in Cotulla and after returning from an evening stroll noticed our lights were all dim inside the RV. Even though it was late, we called James on his cell phone and he guided me through a troubleshooting process over the phone since I’m an engineer by training and we narrowed it down to the AC to DC converter had failed. James noted that the refrigerator controls needs 12VDC to operate. Thank God I brought my battery charger and was able to charge the house batteries overnight so the food didn’t spoil. We called a Mobile RV repair once we arrived in Corpus Christi that replaced the converter and all was well again! This is the exemplary service and support that you will consistently get from James and his sales and service teams. Another example was after our extended trip the change oil message appeared. They were backed up for two weeks but were able to accommodate a quick oil change and windshield chip repair before our next trip the following Thursday. They make you feel part of their RV family and community and teat you as such! We highly recommend Nelson RV to anyone looking to buy or get their RV serviced.

We were looking at bigger 5th wheels. We had been to a few dealers but nelsons stood out to us. No pressure sales, no DEALER PREP FEES they got it ready and did a walk thru/ orientation and fixed everything we saw. Robert met us in the pouring rain and gave my wive a umbrella and took us to the first rv we wanted to see. It was smooth. We picked the one we wanted and i went to my CU for loan and we went back and forth with paperwork. We set time to pick up for nov 2ed was a very smooth process and they gave a starter rv kit. The best part came when i got back to my campground discoverd i had a bad power cable that goes to pedistal, called them and james got me on phone with one of his guys we cordnated to meet half way from them and benson and got me a new cable. I am very happy and my wife is to. This is my 3rd rv and by far the best experience And the Jayco was marked under blue book.

Seems their most important priority is to make the customer happy. We weren't pressured at all on the purchase of our RV and they were a pleasure to work with!
