What Others Say

Just had my old Subaru repaired (major work) called for a quote and simply got the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Up front with all estimates and had the work done in a timely manner. After several phone calls to other dealers, I decided to go with these people no mater what just because of this managers phone professionalism. Very satisfied with the outcome so far.

I brought my Crosstrek in for service a few times, and no issues; however, when it came to repair some suspension parts, even though I knew the problem, and even though they already suggested to me that the part(s) needed to be replaced from a previous multi-point checkup, they still charged me a $150 road test fee! They said they would credit me back if/when I had the service performed. That was very sneaky. Not only they lost that service job, but they also lost me as a customer, and as potential buyer of a new car at that dealer. [Something I was already engaged in a month prior.] Plus, they received this great review. If I had the time, I’d report them to Subaru USA, because no other Subaru dealer pulled that move over the past 10 years of service in three different states. Took it to another Subaru dealer that charged me a lot less [at least a 1K savings], and also gave me a free loaner car. Now that’s service! Hope that 150 was worth it 😉

I purchased a Subaru Outback in May 2022. Immediately stared having problems with the car not starting! I had to bother others to get a jump off. In July spent $200 to put a new battery in the car. Oh well it still needs a jump start. The new battery totally drained. So back to Hadwin-White who charged up the battery and said there is nothing wrong with the car. If that is true then why the dead battery. Now I have found out there is a Class Action law suite against Subaru! I purchased from the dealership Hadwin-White Subaru. They should not have sold me this car until the problem resolved! I don’t feel I can trust the Subaru Outback. Hadwin -White should do right by me and take the car back and offer me another car. I don’t need a larger payment for more years. Guess I will be reporting this mess to the BBB! I will continue to make my complaints on the media until Hadwin-White Subaru comes up with a solution I can accept. If u see an old lady walking on her walker carrying a sign to make the public aware of how Hadwin-White Subaru will treat you after the purchase, give the old lady a “Shout” because that old lady will be ME!

Awesome is overused these days, but its a word that fits Hadwin-White Subaru. Sales Manger Dan Fleming, Sales Associates Tyler Martin and Dan Colbert as well as Business Manager Tim Colbert assisted us with professionalism and friendliness. They were all totally at ease when explaining important information about the pre-owned Impreza we chose, and the process involved. Credit approval took less than 10 minutes! Interest rates can't be promised (credit score matters, after all) but the low interest rate mentioned at first as possible, was delivered. This dealership should be a template for anyone who wants to open a store. 1st rate in EVERY way.

I had been texting and calling Damian from their Internet sales team. I told him the car I want and where it was located and the bottom line price other dealers had offered me with a trade in of my car. I even had it in writing and he assured me they would meet or possibly BEAT that price, but I would have to go there in person. He knew the other dealers were willing to come to me, but insisted it had to be done this way and would be well worth my time. It was a complete and utter lie. When I got there, Jerry Hadwin, the owner, said no way can they match the other deal and would not even meet me halfway in price. He said it just was not worth his time. So after all the texts, calls, emails, lies and empty promises by Damian, I went home and asked Bell and Bell if they could accommodate me and they did. I love my new car and Bell and Bell has earned my business and I have told many people to go there and stay away from Hadwin-White. Other people had warned me about Hadwin-White's misleading practices, but I had to experience it for myself and regret wasting all my time with them.

I had and extremely awful experience with this dealership. I spent days with a salesman on the phone making sure that they could accommodate me because I live over an hour away. They ran a full credit check and had all my information prior to me traveling there. They assured me that what I was asking for was not only reasonable but basically a done deal. Upon arrival this was not the case. They changed all the terms discussed, requested additional money down and more or less insulted my intelligence, wasted my time and my gas.
