I had originally reached out to another location when shopping for my car and although they were very kind and helpful I just didn't feel that there was enough proactiveness on their end to make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner, so I decided to look at other places and that's when I found Platinum Hyundai of Tracy! It was a little further than I would prefer to go but ended up being 100 times worth it! Shout out to Ary for his prompt responses to all my questions in regard to purchasing my new Hyundai Kona! I saw the one I wanted online, filled out the questionnaire and Ary promptly, but without any pressure, reached out to answer any and all questions I had.
