Brett answered our many questions, pointed out a few things we had missed (a few exterior cosmetic things), and was willing to take a lower offer to his manager, Gary. A counter offer was made and we said, "Yes!"😀 They handled all the paperwork with our daughter...long distance. We paid them, the title's in her name, and we drove it home. Easy-peasy!
