What Others Say

Went to look at a used car on the lot. Initially the test drive was scheduled for a Saturday. I called a couple hours after scheduling to move it for the following Monday due to inches of ongoing snow. I was told by Rick Bell “I was just bringing it around (4 hours before the drive) the roads are clear here, they’re going 55 down Route 30”. When I reiterated I was rescheduling, he said he would have to check his calendar to see if he was available and call me back. He proceeded to not call me back until that Monday, when he asked me which of 2 times we had scheduled for. When I arrived for the test the car still had areas with inches of snow frozen onto it. I was also told “it says low gas, but there’s gas” and entered the car to find the needle on empty. After going back in I inquired if the “net price” label on the website meant the listing had approximate tax and fees included. I was told “no, net price stands for internet price.” And quoted 2k more out the door. When I said that was way off my number Rick said “well how the xxxx did you think you were going to get that?” When I asked if the price could come down he said “maybe a couple hundred. We don’t price them up to drop them down.” This car has dropped in price by 4 grand since they listed it 100+ days ago. The whole time he said nothing that wasn’t “wanna take it out? How’d you like it? Are you financing or anything down?” Or a snarky comment. At no point did it feel like they wanted to make a deal, it felt as though they hoped they could do nothing and have my walk in and buy the car no questions. Just a bizarre, disappointing, and mildly insulting experience.

Jessica was was great she helped us with both of our vehicles purchased would recommend her to anyone

Dealer was excellent to work with--I negotiated deal over the phone, went in and signed paperwork and took delivery that day. I worked with Jess. She was excellent--took the time to go over the features of my new vehicle and related services!

Talked to at least 12 dealerships for weeks over the phone and in person looking for a truck. Went to Manginos and we were treated very well. Friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Not pushy. Dan and John talked to us and listened to what we needed in a truck and found us one. This is a very clean establishment run by professionals.

Purchased a used 2010 Chevy Work Truck in 2012. They put it up on a lift so I could view the underside. Easy to deal with NO BS when we came to dealing with the price.. I knew what I wanted to pay and they actually came down on the sticker price. Dealership took care of everything and my car was ready to pick up in two days. Very happy with my truck and the experience.

My overall experience here ended up being very pleasant. I got a great car at a fair price, and Jeff and Dan did everything in their power to make sure that I left the lot as a happy customer. I'll be back here again to buy my next vehicle, and I'll recommend them to family and friends as well.
