Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.
This company is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with They are always welcoming they make me feel like family And they listen to what you want in a car I will definitely do business with them in the future I love my new car!!!!

We were headed to Denver for an important event...birthday party for our granddaughter and had a problem just past Glenwood Springs so we turned around and headed back to Berthod Motors. A Thursday afternoon with every light on the dashboard lit, 4 wheel drive, ABS everything flashing. Jason was so helpful for us. This is a busy shop and they got the Jeep in and diagnosed and parts ordered. They took us to a hotel and also did a drive through for food. Friday morning, parts arrived, Jeep repaired and we were on our way before noon. We have had our Jeep serviced there for years and it has always been a pleasure working with them. Also a shout out to Steve Kyle who talked to us about a different truck....just really quality people. Thanks so much.
After being stuck for 11 weeks in city without jeep. They went above and beyond to get part here. I would love to thank them for that. Now I final drive home safely. Great dealership.
