I took my truck for service at Thornton Chevrolet, as I was having issues with the vehicle that were transmission related. I spoke with a gentleman in the service department named Andy, who listened to my concerns and problems with my vehicle. He took it upon himself to ensure that my vehicle was fixed properly and to my liking. I did not but my vehicle from Thornton, the dealership that I did buy from did not show any concern and blew me off and told me that this is just how it is. When I explained that to Andy, he stated that he don’t care where I purchased my vehicle from, you have a GM problem and it needs attention, and he said in-fact I wish I could serve ALL GM issues at this shop. He is exactly the kind of person you want to represent for Thornton dealership and the GM brand. Thank You Andy for fixing my problem!
