Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!
Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked and passenger slightly wet . We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!!
Two stars for being nice, but zero for organization. You wait and you wait and you wait for an update that never comes. Six weeks and then comes an estimate for repairs beyond the value the vehicle.
Sent my vehicle here for 4 separate repairs promised to be complete before the weekend was through. 1) brake software recall. Took them 3 weeks to figure out (they did provide a loaner) but the constant cycling of the ignition on/off has CAUSED MY RADIO TO INTERMITTENTLY FAIL. 2) brake rotors and pads. Great job. 3) rear defroster connector resoldering. Mechanic did a very sloppy job, marring and scratching my back glass. This will be a VERY EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT. 4) wheel and tire balance. One of the most basic tasks for a maintenance shop wasn't done correctly. I should have read the other reviews before coming here.
I bought a 2016 2SS Camaro convertible in November. I live in Jacksonville, FL so the intial contacts were by telephone. The sales agent I worked with was Jenni Koch. She was professional, courteous and helped me to resolve a problem that cropped up on my way home from Fayetteville to Jacksonville. Everyone I met a the dealership was courteous and helpful..
My official first vehicle I must say it was a easy no hassle to purchase from Flow Buick- Mazda! One of the best customer service staff I've experienced! They go above & beyond. 5 Star Service people! Thank you kindly! I want to personally thank Miss Taylor Gentle, Mr Ricky Johnson, & Mr Jon Warren (GSM) for making my visit a most pleasant stay.
