Today I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Vance Cook (Sales), Stephen Robinson (Sales Manager) and Mike Wood (F&I Manager) for a 2023 Black Integra. Im writing this review in hopes to help another person out in a similar situation. When you go to purchase a vehicle you should NEVER have to go through so many unnecessary old school tactics. For the purpose of making a long story short, emails were exchanged and a price was accepted, when it was time to finalize they switch the price (photos provided). I accepted the new price then they tried to give me trouble with getting requested information over to my credit union, despite my verbal expression of being willing to finance through Acura, and allow them the opportunity to beat my rate, which was very well possible. I also was very interested in hear about there gap insurance and other coverage options. However after speaking with Stephen and his little I don't know what your talking about game I ended the deal. To make it clear, my credit is fine, good down payment, and was open to everything until so many games were played I was over it. I would NOT recommend anyone I know or don't know to this dealership and I would like to make it very clear, Vance and Mike was not my determining factor to end the deal, however Stephen was along with so many unnecessary games being played.
Professional & personal staff. Service is great!!!!!!!!! It is always a pleasure to do business with Orr. They go out of their way to make it easy & quick.
This was the best car buying experience we've ever had by far! We were treated like royalty and my new car is beautiful! We highly recommend Orr Acura! We can't say enough about the great experience. It's a nice feeling to be treated with respect rather than feeling like you've been raked over the coals after buying a car.

I had met Mike Wood a couple of times and had told him that I would like to have a Chevy HHR and the minute someone traded one in he called me. I went to the dealership, liked the car and told them what it would take to trade with me and they made it happen with no hassle. They made my deal to the letter and they now have my old vehicle and I have a sharp Chevy HHR sitting in my driveway. The easiest car deal I ever met. I highly recommend Orr Acura especially Mike Wood. Great guy and easy to deal with. If you go to Orr Acura, ask for Mike Wood.
Purchasing a car is a difficult process. I found this dealership never made me feel as though they were just after the DEAL. They were very patient.
