I had the opportunity to work with Riley who did a great job explaining all the ins and outs of my vehicle as well as answering any questions I had. The actual purchasing of the vehicle was with another sales man named Spencer (I had to come back on a different day) and he made the process very easy and stress free! All in all, highly recommend this dealership and either one of the salesman that I worked with!
The people I worked with were very nice. However I don't know why I had to drive 7 hours to pick up a car. I have been told by numerous people they could have done a dealer exchange. It was so far to go and I didn't pay attention to how the car works because I had to hurry to get home.

I Purchased/ordered hard bed cover thru the parts department. Service department them installed bedcover. I was told it could take up to 4 hrs. Took less time. Only about an hr. I'm very pleased on how it looks on my truck!!! Thank you!!!
Spent over 14,000 dollars on my 2013 Verano and got it back with a dead battery. Had to take it to another mechanic who found the alternator failing. Spent more money on fixing the alternator and all connections to the new battery that I had to buy.
Nice to deal with. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Dwane lanes. Will purchase here again.
