This was my first internet automobile purchase in my 50 years of owning cars! The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The purchasing experience was painless, the dealership honored their on line pricing with NO hidden fees, delivered the vehicle on the day and time promised and the condition of the vehicle was virtually as good as if I had prepared it myself. MY salesman, Mr. Joe Caggiano, who came in on his day off no less, was a gentleman, a cut above, and couldn't help make the signing of paperwork any easier. He was there to answer any questions my husband and I had and spent quite a bit of time walking us through the vehicle and it's operation before we left! It was a NO PRESSURE sale, and definitely one of our better buying experiences.

John, was excellent and super easy to work with. The whole transaction of doing the purchase was about an hour, and I came back two days later to pick it up. When I came back to pick it up John quickly addressed my concerns regarding a scratch on the vehicle. He fueled up the vehicle for me so I left with a full tank. Communication in between purchase and pickup was also seamless.
