They are awesome!! I worked with Joseph on Saturday afternoon. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. It was getting late so I decided to come back Monday morning to finalize my decision. I arrived at the dealership only to find that both cars I had been considering had sold. Yep, that fast!!! Good for them but not for me. :-) No problem at all!! They found me one at another dealership. They went and got it and Joseph took the extra step to deliver it himself to my house that same afternoon!!! The windows weren't tinted and Joseph knew I wanted that so he took care of it before bringing it to me. Joseph had paid close attention to what I wanted and took the extra step to ensure I was happy. They have great teamwork at the dealership and it showed. Alan in finance was very patient with me while I looked at different options for finance and I am so very, very appreciative and happy. My experience with Paramount was awesome!! Everyone there was so friendly and nice. Now I have a beautiful Palaside and I am so thankful and happy!! Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!!
