was in the process of purchasing car - drove 30 miles to review the loan terms and rate. had my down payment ready of 5000. got their and the rep started beat boxing about i have to establish my insurance before he provide the financing terms? i ran out there and call my other cadillac dealer and purchase my car the same day. perhap he just sold my car to somebody else?

Even though I did not purchase my 2026 Cadillac Vistiq from this dealership due to the vehicle had sold and U needed a vehicle immediately. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Matthew Burrell my should have been salesman. Matthew was very honest and trustworthy compared to the two other dealerships I had dealings with. I believe in honesty and definitely will be looking to purchase my next vehicle from and to refer friends and family to.

Brought my car in for a 9:30 appointment. Was supposed to get a rental car. Waited 2 hours for it. When I picked up my brand new Cadillac it had a big dent in it. Took 3 weeks for the service manager to contact me. It's not 2 months later and still not resolved. Horrible service. Will never take my car there again.
