James was absolutely top-notch! I dropped my car off the day before for an oil change that was scheduled for the next morning. First thing the next day, James called me to go over my requests. I explained to him what was going on with the car in addition to the oil change, and sure enough, he called me back shortly after with an update and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Before I knew it, my car was fully serviced, and James had it ready for me to pick up by 8:00 AM. I really appreciate his excellent communication, professionalism, and efficiency. Great job, James!

The recall work i came in for was repaired quickly. And everyone was very polite, professional, and was able to promptly check me in and arrange transportation to and from the dealership.

I've been bringing my 2015 F-150 into Elk Grove Ford for the past 10 years. Always great service. Had to wait at the cashier for 15 extra minutes before I was seen. Other than that, all is well.

Listens well. Joyful young man and pays attention to details. As I was getting off the car I drove to pick my Ford, I got a small cut and he went and got a couple of band aids. A very likeable young man!
