Service is great, but not being able to call the dealership directly is very frustrating. You are putting your employees at a disadvantage by having someone in Minneapolis or a different city making the appointments. Sometimes they have someone call in sick or are understaffed and then we end up waiting a long time at the shop to get the service done. For example, a few months ago we had an appointment for an oil change and had to wait 3 hours before the truck was done. My husband had to be at work and was almost late because of the back up in the shop. You can do better.

They are always friendly and welcoming. Always willing to help with whatever you need. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends
