Service Team is great. Shout out to Brandon for helping me through everything and answering all of my questions.

First, I want to say that I really like my new Audi. My experience with Audi Arrowhead was mostly positive. The Sales Consultant, Dan, was excellent and is a great representative of what it means to be client focused, which is perfect for someone in a customer/client centric environment. He is patient, he listens and tries to understand your needs, he answers your questions, and, really, he goes the extra mile. He’s the primary reason that I didn’t walk out of there without my chosen vehicle. I can’t say enough about how amazing Dan is and I hope the dealership realizes the value he brings to their establishment. The negative part of my experience took place with the finance manager. He was sitting in on my transaction with the finance associate so that he could guide her, as she was newly promoted to the position. I won’t go into all the details, but he eventually had her move out of her chair and he took over the transaction. He proceeded to talk down to me, gaslight me, and even tried to shame me into purchasing something that I had already declined. I really liked the car, so I stayed; but I became justifiably angry, and I let him know that his behavior had me wanting to walk out. The one thing that I hope comes out of that interaction is that it demonstrated to the newer finance associate how NOT to treat your customers. I’ve had a week to cool off, to no avail; and I am more patient and empathetic than a lot of people. Although Dan was awesome and has been following up and checking in with me, which I truly appreciate, that 30 minutes I spent in finance has me not wanting to ever come back to Audi Arrowhead. Even for service. I feel inclined to check in about servicing my new vehicle with my service advisor at the VW dealership where I get my VW serviced, and where I am treated with respect and as a valued client. I'm on the fence about whether I would recommend this dealership. While I had a great experience with Dan, my time with the finance manager left a lot to be desired. I would say, proceed at your own risk.
