Dealt with Kelly. He was very pleasant, responsive and respectful (went alone as a woman). Also, very efficient and had most things lined up before I drove the hour drive. When I came back to get it, he had fixed a small dent that I asked if he wouldn't mind fixing (for free). A few weeks later, a had trouble (not really trouble, but the person who had the car before me had put some fancy spark plug wires on it ... no one would have noticed by looking the car over that they didn't fit tight. One had come loose and they had to be replaced with the proper wires. Kelly covered it without even having to go back down there from Cleveland. I highly recommend. Mary
