Jessica, my sales representative, was wonderful--knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and personable. She worked with her colleagues to get me the best deal possible, enabling me to lease a vehicle that fits my needs and budget. The finance department was also very helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
The staff was absolutely amazing, he helped me find the vehicle I’ve been looking for in my price range. He made everything so smooth and simple, and he made sure to explain everything in depth as we progressed through the process. Will definitely be going back in the future for other purchase's!
I bought my son a new 2023 Kia Forte at this location. Everyone made this a great experience and went the extra mile to ensure my son had a spare tire kit just in case he experienced an unexpected tire issue down the road. Amazing experience at Matt Blatt Kia of Abington. Damon Abraham was knowledgeable, helpful and created a stress-free, low-pressure sales experience. Highly recommend him! But the dealerships real value became apparent when we had a problem. They advertise a “love it or leave it” guarantee and we can confirm that they mean it. We had a small recurring problem with our new vehicle (it happens) and decided that we wanted to return it. They immediately agreed to switch out our vehicle with a comparable replacement. We unintentionally made it challenging for them by insisting on a specific color and interior. Within a day they had us in a brand-new Telluride that actually had an MSRP of $1000 more than our original purchase. No extra charge to us! Damon, Ettore and the owner Matt all went above and beyond to turn a potentially disappointing experience in a textbook lesson in customer service. Great job!
