Awesome. Greeted by friendly employee who offered coffee, hot towel. Lucas was my service manager, Elliott was mechanic both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

Very clean, waiting chairs not comfortable( I think I should sit in one of the cars on the show floor instead. Interdepartment communication needs updating. I also have had at least 7 communications( texts, emails, calls) asking how was the service. One is enough.

Perfect communications and service every step of the way. Luke was my service manager and he was great! Everyone was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to go to the dealership. They conveniently came to my house and picked up my car. I was brought a great loaner car which I didn’t need because my car was returned that afternoon all washed and in perfect condition. They sent me a video of my car evaluation and I could see the service area was spotlessly clean. I am a very happy customer. They will perform all my service work on my Porsche 911 in the future.
