Loring and the dealership have been awesome! The only issue I’ve had is getting the plates, title and registration sticker after buy the vehicle outright which I know is not on the dealership. It’s been over 60 days since purchase. I wish there was a better system for the dealer to help military members in these situations. Loring is very personable, patient and represents Vanguard Kia exceptionally well! Would work with him or the Vanguard Kia staff again.

Very friendly staff. Took my car in for full service. No appointment. Waited while the work was completed. About 3 hours.
Anthony was very friendly and very quick and we were there for an oil change and we were there no longer than an hour so very pleased
I highly recommend this dealership. They went above and beyond getting my family into a new Kia Carnival SX. The process was extremely simple and we were in and out and just a couple of hours total. This will be the second vehicle I’ve purchased from the GM, Jason Villa. Our salesperson Alexa made us feel right at home. Our Finance Manager James killed it for us and walked us through all the paperwork extremely efficiently! Two huge thumbs up!
