Worse service experience I’v ever had. This is my third Cadillac. 2025 XT4. Car is 10 months old and the navigation stopped working cruise control stopped working hands free stopped working, can’t connect WIFI. Many of the electronic features do not work. The service department said it’s a failure of the Telematic module. They gave me a loaner for two days while they diagnosed the problem. They Told me the car could be picked up.when I returned they said it wasn’t fixed and that the telematics module is back ordered and could take from weeks to a month. They didn’t know how long it would take to get a replacement. They would not let me have the loaner as they said it’s not a safety problem and the car still can be driven. I told them I need to rely heavaly on navigation and the hands free features. They insisted that the car could be driven and there was nothing that can be done to provide me with a working car. I became annoyed and the sales manager came over and assured me they would resolve my problem. They wanted me to wire my phone into the car and use navigation that way. I told them I need to drive by myself and can’t rely on having to handle a phone while I’m driving for navigation. They suggested I call GM corporate and explain and that would help getting the approval for a rental car until my car could be repaired. I called the corporate GM number they gave me. GM corporate assured me that they would talk to the dealer about me getting a car with the features my car has and that I need. After 5 more calles to the dealer and GM corporate I still had no car. This has been a total nightmare and to this point of writing I have been getting the run around with No commitment on the repair of my car and still no temporary transportation. Be I have spoken to, -Dusten Stacy ( service) three calls -Gregg Kyzer (sales) two calls -Jameson ( Cadillac USA) two calls case#86670723. I brought my car to Mike Erdmann Cadillac on January 2nd. And the status has not changed. My car is not repaired and no temporary transportation has been provided. Bad bad bad service!!

When you know your vehicle and you have a concern about a service visit regarding what damage was or was not done to the vehicle, then after speaking to a service person and they argue with you telling you most definitely they did not cause it, when you know they definitely did. You know where the vehicle has been and how it was driven. Word of advice is take pictures of your vehicle before you go to get service! Because you will leave there wishing you had!

Kudos to Ryan S for the assistance on my Caddy. Came in for oil change and forgot to ask to rotate tires. He quickly called the workman and had it done for me. He also spent time explaining about key fob covers! Thank you!

August 2023, Drove my SUV in for repairs and the service was surprisingly dissatisfying. Day 1, it took the service department all day to diagnose the problem and no courtesy phone call explaining the delay. Day 2, I initiated the call to the service department, spoke to a service representative who stated they will inquire bout the status of the SUV and will get back with me. The representative never returned my call. The service department have the SUV for 3 days, never offered a loaner replacement and call to tell us the SUV was ready for pick up. We had to drive there to inquire about the status. Overall worse communication from a service department I had experienced. In my opinion it does not stand up to a “luxury” car services/dealership. Customer service should be at the forefront and communication as a key component.

Dropped off my vehicle 22 April to have minor paint work we done. Vehicle still not ready and the Loaner Car they give me was a step down to a Nissan from a Cadillac. I have called the collision center four times and still no update. Even called my sales man was unable to get an answer. Had to cancel a weekend trip due to vehicle not ready. Unable to get my handicap sticker back for them also. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I can’t believe the service I’m getting or lack of service. Just call the dealer again today the 29 April still no answers and still no response This dealer has lost a customer for life.

I drop my car off at 9 a.m. to repair my fuel pump and me and service adviser walk around my car and there was no damage to my car while i was at dealership i walk to sales department to see what they would give me towards trade in value for a new Cadillac the sales manager inspected my car and he did not see any damage to my car but when I came back at 5 pm to pick my vehicle up we noticed a crack on my front bumper and grease marks all over hood the service adviser said they did not do any damage to my car they offered to trade my car in towards a new Cadillac or give me a bottle of touch up paint i went to 2 body shops and they recommended a new bumper or at least repaint mike erdman said they would not fix my bumper they where very unprofessional and rude
