Was told I needed new tires after 17,530 miles of normal driving. When I purchased this car I paid$496.00 for a Platinum Tire and Wheel Bundle. I have a written contract; however, yesterday I was told that I did not purchase a tire warranty. I purchased nano cure, whatever that is! Obviously, Eric Graham who went over the Purchase Agreement was a dishonest liar on behalf of the dealership! Enzo, my Service advisor is excellent. My dissatisfaction is with Management in not honoring a written and signed contract.

The service advisors were very friendly when I arrived. My service advisor, Aaron, called parts to make sure a part was available if that was the issue. Turns out it needed a starter and they did the repair. My truck is back to working condition. They did great.

Adam was awesome to work with in their service department. I wish all representatives were as good as he was.

Great experience i come here all the time. Although the wait time was about 2 hours they took really good care of my vehicle.
